Individual tests

Microalbumin tests help find small amounts of albumin that normal urinary tests can not detect. The Microalbumin test helps detect kidney damage early.
Albumin is the main protein in blood. When healthy kidneys clean waste from your blood, at most, a trace of albumin will get through the filters. Small amounts of albumin in urine, sometimes called microalbumin, can indicate possible kidney disease. Microalbumin:creatinine ratio urine test checks for very small amounts of albumin in a urine sample.
Mumps is a contagious viral infection that can be avoided through vaccination. Painful swelling of the salivary glands and fever are the most typical symptoms. Painful testicular swelling and rash may also occur. In teenagers and adults, there may be complications such as infertility or subfertility.

Mycoplasma pneumoniae bacteria commonly cause mild respiratory infections. Sometimes these bacteria may cause more serious lung infections requiring hospital care. Detection of specific IgM antibodies is evidence of a current or recent infection. A demonstration of specific IgG to the bacteria is evidence of past infection.

This test helps diagnose and monitor kidney damage or disease. You may be given this test during pregnancy if you have signs of preeclampsia.
Syphilis is a sexually transmitted infection (STI) that causes serious health problems without treatment and is transmissible from a mother to her unborn baby. Infection develops in stages (primary, secondary, latent, and tertiary), with each stage having different signs and symptoms. This test detects the antibodies produced during syphilis infection.
Rubella (also known as epidemic roseola or German measles) is a disease caused by the rubella virus. It is transmitted from person to person by tiny droplets that are inhaled. Rubella can cause a miscarriage or severe birth defects if a woman is infected while pregnant, especially during the first trimester. In the absence of a current or recent infection, a demonstration of specific IgG on a serum sample is evidence of immunity to rubella.
