Policy of service provision

Customers ordering testing services on the website diag.vn (“Website”) can select to collect samples at Diag Medical Centers or at home for Diag’s performance of sample collection and testing services.

1. COME TO DIAG MEDICAL CENTER:

• Step 1: Customer orders testing services on the Website, and select “Come to a Diag Medical Center”.
• Step 2: Customer comes to any medical center in Diag’s medical examination and treatment system.
• Step 3: Diag’s nurse shall check the information and collect samples from the Customer according to the pre-placed order of the Customer.
• Step 4: Diag transports Customer’s sample to Diag’s central laboratory for testing.
• Step 5: Diag returns test results via Zalo or SMS messages.
• Step 6: Diag’s doctor calls the Customer to consult the test results (for orders valued at over VND 500,000).

2. HOME COLLECTION

• Step 1: Customer orders testing services on the Website, and select “Home Collection”.
• Step 2: Diag’s staffs contact the Customer to schedule a time and site to collect samples at home.
• Step 3: Diag’s nurse comes to collect samples at the scheduled time and site.
• Step 4: Diag transports Customer’s sample to Diag’s central laboratory for testing.
• Step 5: Diag returns test results via Zalo or SMS messages.
• Step 6: Diag’s doctor calls the Customer to consult the test results (for orders valued at over VND 500,000).
