The Anti-Neuronal Ab Full Panel test consists of a series of antibodies directed against proteins in the nervous system, measured in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). The purpose of the test is to detect the presence of these antibodies to help diagnose cancer-related neuropathies or autoimmune disorders affecting the nervous system. These antibodies may indicate the presence of autoimmune or paraneoplastic neuropathies, especially when associated with cancer.
