Twinrix is a combined vaccine used to prevent both hepatitis A and hepatitis B. This vaccine originates from Belgium, developed by GlaxoSmithKline, and has been widely used around the world.

- Provide a vaccination history and any adverse reactions related to previous vaccinations, especially if the most recent vaccination contains hepatitis A, hepatitis B, or any components of Twinrix.
- Pregnant and breastfeeding women should be vaccinated with the guidance of an obstetrician or medical specialist.
- Postpone vaccination for individuals with moderate or severe acute febrile illness unless there is an immediate risk of hepatitis A or B infection.
- Pay attention to post-vaccination reactions such as allergies, anaphylactic shock, fainting can be accompanied by transient neurological signs such as visual disturbance, paresthesia, and tonic-clonic limb movements.
- Site reactions after injection may include pain and redness at the injection site, headache and fatigue.
