– Canine tapeworm (Echinococcus IgG): IgG antibody test helps to diagnose canine tapeworm infection, common in children due to exposure/contact with dogs and cats infected with fleas that carry tapeworm larvae.
– Fascioliasis (Fasciola IgG): To diagnose fascioliasis, usually from undercooked food or contaminated water.
– Lung fluke (Paragominus IgG): Helps diagnose lung fluke infection, usually from eating soaked or undercooked freshwater crustaceans.
– Schistosoma IgG: Antibody test to diagnose schistosomiasis, typically infected through the skin by swimming or contact with dirty water. Schistosomiasis lives in the blood vessels of the digestive or urinary system.
