A physical examination is a routine test performed by a healthcare professional to check your overall health. It involves a series of checks to look for signs of illness, disease, or abnormalities. During the examination, the doctor or nurse may:
 Take your vital signs: Measure your temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, and respiratory rate.
 Inspect your body: Look at your general appearance, skin, and posture.
 Listen to your heart and lungs: Use a stethoscope to detect any irregularities in your heartbeat or breath sounds.
 Palpate your body: Feel parts of your body, such as your abdomen, to check for tenderness, swelling, or abnormalities.
 Examine your eyes, ears, nose, and throat: Use tools like an otoscope and ophthalmoscope to check these areas.
 Assess your reflexes and muscle strength: Test your neurological function and physical capabilities.
The purpose of a physical examination is to identify any potential health issues early on, provide a baseline for future comparisons, and address any concerns you may have. It’s an important part of preventive healthcare.

Contraceptive implants are small plastic rods containing contraceptive medication that are inserted under the skin of a woman’s non-dominant arm. The ingredients in the contraceptive implant include the hormones levonorgestrel or etonogestrel. The implant will take effect after 24 hours and is effective for 3-5 years or longer (depending on the type). Once the contraceptive implant is implanted, women do not need to use any other contraceptive method.

Cervical examination when there are abnormal cervical screening results (abnormal cytology or positive HPV test):
 Examination of suspicious lesions in the vulva, vagina, cervix detected during examination (consulting doctor during gynecological examination)
 Combined with cervical neoplasia treatment methods, to ensure that the lesion has been completely removed, detect lesions in surrounding areas, and monitor management after treatment.

Obstetrics-Gynecological examination is the examination of the health of female reproductive organs to detect and diagnose diseases if any. This helps to detect problems at an early stage and treat them promptly, such as cervical cancer, gynecological diseases, reproductive problems, and other related diseases. Gynecological examination is the examination of the genitals when not pregnant to detect diseases of the vulva, vagina, cervix, fallopian tubes, ovaries and abnormalities in the pelvic floor and pelvis. Speculum examination is a method of examining problems with the vagina and cervix of women, often prescribed for women who are married or have had sex so as not to tear the hymen.
