The ENA-6 Profile test is used to detect specific autoantibodies directed against extractable nuclear antigens (ENAs) associated with systemic autoimmune connective tissue diseases. This panel includes antibodies against SSA (Ro), SSB (La), U1-snRNP (RNP68/70 kDa), Sm, Scl-70, and Jo-1. Identifying these autoantibodies supports the diagnosis and differentiation of conditions such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), Sjögren’s syndrome, mixed connective-tissue disease (MCTD), systemic sclerosis (Scleroderma), and idiopathic inflammatory myopathies.

The Protein S (Functional Assay) test is used to assess the activity level of protein S in the body, identify protein S deficiency and the risk of blood clot formation, and assist in monitoring and adjusting treatment for thrombotic disorders

TTG IgG is done in individuals with IgA deficiency.
