ANA 23 Profile is a specialized blood test that uses immunoblot technology to qualitatively detect 23 different antinuclear IgG antibodies (ANA) simultaneously. This test is used to diagnose and differentiate connective tissue diseases (CTDs) such as lupus erythematosus, Sjögren’s syndrome, and systemic sclerosis by identifying specific autoimmune antibodies, such as Scl-70 and SS-A.
