Diag STD Panel

Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), also known as social diseases, are infections spread through sexual activity. These diseases are mainly transmitted through vaginal, anal, and oral sex. They can be caused by bacteria, viruses, or parasites.
STD testing aims to identify the presence of pathogens, thereby detecting diseases such as HIV, syphilis, Chlamydia, Herpes and Gonorrhea, allowing for timely treatment and prevention of dangerous complications.
STD testing is crucial for people with multiple sexual partners, those not using protection during sex, and pregnant women to avoid transmitting the disease to their children.
