Health Kit FAQs

Sample collection kits can be purchased directly from 30+ branches of Diag. Find the nearest branch here.

The sample collection kits of Diag are designed to support your proactive health monitoring. Therefore, you are not required to have a doctor’s prescription to purchase these sample collection kits.

Sample collection kits typically have a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture. You can check the shelf life information printed on the product’s packaging.

In case of the QR code is error and cannot be activated or if there is a lack of components in the box, please bring your sample collection kit to Diag’s branches or contact our Customer Service via hotline 1900 1717 for support.

We will contact you to confirm order information and proceed with payment steps. Orders will be delivered by logistic partners, you can track the status of your order through their application.

We will send an SMS to confirm that your kit has arrived in our central laboratory as well as test result to the phone number you registered. In addition, you can also actively follow the test result information by scanning the QR code on the ID card of the sample collection kit.

Samples need to be packaged as online instructions and stored at room temperature (no more than 30oC), then sent to Diag’s branches within 24 hours from the time of sampling.
